Optical quartz glass
Quartz glass has excellent optical spectrum property . It can transmit far UV spectrum , is the best one of all UV transmitting materials ,and also transmit visible light and near infrared spectrum . The user can select any sort within the wave-range of 185 mu~3500mu .For its excellent properties ,such as : high temperature proof ,low thermal expansion ,chemical stability ,thermal stability ,and similar to ordinary optical glass in bubble , striae ,homogeneity ,birefringence, optical quartz glass became an essential optical material for high stability optical system under worst conditions .
 
 
Among the above mentioned products ,the HS infra-red optical quartz glass was awarded the " China National silver medal " for its excellent quality .
 
 
ZS-1 is a kind of synthetic quartz glass made from high pure tetrachloride silicon . It is characterized for the freedom from the bubbles ,highest purity of material ,the best transmittance in far UV spectrum ,high resistance to radiation . Wave length used :175 -2500 nm . Because formed by a " wet " process ,the fundamental vibrational band of incorporated structural hydroxyl ions will absorb strongly at 2730 nm . No grain structure .
 
ZS-2 is a kind of quartz glass made from synthetic or high pure silica raw material . Bubble free ,no grain structure . It has absorption at 2730 nm . Wave length used : 200-2500 nm
 
HS is made from quartz crystal by electric fusion . It is an ideal optical material whose advantages are almost no (OH) ,bubbles and striae , good transmission in IR spectrum .Wave length used : 260-3500nm .

ZKHS is SiCi4 synthetic quartz glass ,made by electric fusion . Its characteritics : no absorption at 185-3500nm ,high purity , bubble free ,no grain structure . ZKHS is the optimum one in quartz glass .
