Product overview

Fused cast AZS 36 brick is the product with excellent performance in the Fused cast AZS series products. In addition to having the similar eutectic crystal as Fused cast AZS 33 brick, Fused cast AZS 36 brick further improve the corrosion resistibility and reduce the potential pollution defects in glass due to the addition of more baddeleyite crystals in chain structure and less vitreous phase content. So it is always used in the area where glass flow is faster and temperature is higher, such as melter sidewall, paving, doghouse, etc.

Character:

Fused cast AZS 36 brick has character of better corrosion resistance and pollution preventing ability, be suitable for the higher temperature area and area of glass flow being faster , like melter sidewall, paving tile and doghouse bricks.
